2. Click on the green “CUSTOMER LOGIN” button
3. Enter your username and password
4. Click the “SIGN IN” button to finish

Recover Forgotten Username

1. Click on the “Username” link in the login page
2. If you don’t have a loan, tick the box
3. If you already owned a loan, select the information you want to provide (Loan number or full SSN or ITIN)
4. Enter the corresponding profile as your choice
5. Click on the “CONTINUE” button
6. Keep following the rest of instructions to finish

Reset Forgotten Password

1. Click on the “Password” link on the login page
2. Enter your username
3. Click on the “CONTINUE” button
4. Follow the rest of instruction

Register For A New Account

1. Click on the “GET ACCESS” button in the login page
2. Click on the “TAKE ME TO REGISTER” button
3. Confirm your identity by entering your carrington or prior servicer loan number
4. Social Security number or ITIN
5. Tick the box to agree with Terms and Conditions
6. Click on the “CONTINUE” button
7. Your email address, username, password, and security questions must all be entered.
8. You will receive an email with a link. To finish the account creation procedure, click the link provided in the email.
