AT&T Universal Card Secure Sign On At Www.Universalcard.Com

1. Go to the www.universalcard.com site
2. Enter user ID and password
3. Click on the “Sign On” button

Retrieve User ID Or Password

1. Click on the “User ID” or “Password” link
2. Use the Primary Account Holder’s Information to confirm your identification after choosing an account type
3. Enter the required information for your choice (for example: if you choose “checking, savings or credit card customers”, you must enter your ATM/debit or credit card number)
4. Click on the “Continue” button

Set Up Online Access

1. Click on the “Register” link
2. Enter your accoun information (choose to enter your credit/debit card number)
3. Click on the “Continue Set Up” button

Visit the AT&T Online Account Management as ATT universal card portal to do secure login to your accounts. (If you haven’t already done so, we recommend enrolling to create a Universal card online account. Follow the instructions on the right side of the website to log on)

1. Go to the att.com to sign in the AT&T Universal Card official website
2. Click on the “My AT&T” link at the top right corner
3. Choose “Go to my account” option
4. Type in your credit card login password and user ID
5. Click the “Sign in” button

Recover User ID

1. Click on the “Forgot user ID?” link on the log in site
2. Enter your contact email
3. Click on the “Continue” button
4. Keep following the rest of information to complete your recovery

For user who also forgot the email address:

1. Click on the “Forgot contact email?” link under the box
2. Enter your AT&T mobile phone number, account number, billing ZIP code
3. Click on the “Continue” button
4. Continue to follow the rest of instructions to finish

Reset Credit Card Login Password

1. Click on the “Forgot Password?” link in the secure login site
2. Enter your user ID and last name to rest your password
3. Click on the “Continue” button
4. Follow the rest of instructions to get your Universal Card password back

Register For A New Account

1. Click on the “Create one now” link
2. Select a service you want among the variety of options such as wireless, DIRECTV STREAM, U-verse TV, AT&T e-mail, internet, DIRECTV, Home phone
3. Click on the “Continue” button
4. Continue to the corresponding instructions for each option to finish your enrollment
